Cooks Valley Cemetery Meeting

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual cemetery meeting to order on June 11, 2012 at 9:23 pm.  Cemetery committee present:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and John Sykora.  Delegation present: Victoria Trinko and Judy Prince.    Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the October 10, 2011 Cooks Valley Cemetery meeting.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0. 

Discussion and action on maintenance and funding for the upkeep of the Cooks Valley Cemetery:   David Clements made a motion that the Town of Cooks Valley not exceed $1200.00 for the maintenance and upkeep of the Cooks Valley cemetery.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.   
 
John Sykora made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:29 pm.  Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
